- So are these apartments for us/me?
These apartments are particularly suitable for single people or couples who want the convenience of apartment life with cinemas, the Millennium Stadium, and great shopping and restaurants in both the bay and the city centre - plus transport links - all on their doorstep.

- How much are they to rent?
Rents for these apartments will be approximately £70-£75 per week for a 1 bed which includes the service charge which covers a variety of services. Please contact Cardiff County Council for details on the Council Tax.
- How many rental apartments are in these developments?
10 at Lewis Road.
- Could I rent one of these apartment?

If you earn between £14,000 and £21,000 pa as a single person and between £18,000 and £25,000 as a couple, you are eligible to apply to go onto the current waiting list.

We are looking for people who need housing, for instance, people who are:

 responsible, reliable tenants with a good track record

 on modest incomes
>
 doing voluntary work for an organisation involved in community development and community support
>
 possibly already on Cardiff Council and CCHA's waiting list
